Return Policy: Exchanges Or Returns Of Goods

Here at Hunting and Fishing Depot we stands behind the quality of everything that we sell and hope that you will be happy with the item you have received.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return your item and we will issue a full refund according to our return policy.  All Items must have been purchased at to qualify for returns.  All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in new form. In order to receive a refund you must have proof of original purchase.


Return Item(s) for a Refund

If you have received an item that was purchased from and are unsatisfied, please call our customer service number (919) 939-7513 or email us at to be issued a full refund. Once we have received your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.


How to Send Us Your Return

Once you have called or emailed us, we will issue a return material authorization form. Please email this to us at so that we may process the return or exchange. With the return material authorization form you will receive the address of where the package needs to be sent. Please print off the return authorization form and return it with the item you are sending back. Please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to return the item. This will guarantee your return package is received. At HF Depot we cannot guarantee the delivery of your package if you are using USPS.


What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?

We keep detailed files on all of our transactions. We can look it up and provide you with the information needed to return an item. Please contact our customer service line at (919) 939-7513 during normal business hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, so we can help you to get the required information. You may also obtain this information is by logging onto and accessing your account where you will find your order history which includes your order number.


When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Once we have received your returned item, please allow for 5-7 business days to process. Please allow for one billing cycle on all credit cards for the refund to appear on your statement.

Once we have received and inspected the item your exchanged item will be shipped. Please allow for 5-7 days to process the exchange.
