They’re a staple if you’re targeting sheephead . The hooks are super strong which is a must when it comes to the fish which can wreck thinner gauge hooks .

Got it done.

First season using these and they did not disappoint. The hook itself is excellent....WILL NOT OPEN in the sizes I used (1/2-2oz). Heavy eye won't cut thru leader. A few coats of paint in the colors you prefer, in case the stock colors don't work for you....I use fingernail polish with an undercoat and a topcoat....and your good to go. Definitely worth the money.
